By booking and staying at Hannah House Marrakech, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
- Reservations
All bookings must be confirmed with valid contact information and, where required, a deposit or credit card guarantee.
Reservations made through third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia) are subject to their terms as well as ours.
- Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 14:00 until 00:00
Check-out: between 11:30 and 12:00
Guests must present a valid passport or ID card upon arrival, in accordance with Moroccan law.
- Payment Policy
Payments can be made in cash (Moroccan Dirhams or Euros) or via online booking platforms.
Booking.com and other partners may collect payment on our behalf.
Any additional services or extras (meals, excursions, transfers) must be paid directly at the property.
- Cancellation & No-Show
Cancellation policies depend on the booking platform and the rate selected at the time of reservation.
For direct bookings, cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival are free of charge.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the first night or full stay depending on the conditions agreed at booking.
- Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other visitors.
Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially during night hours.
Damage to property caused by a guest must be paid for in full before departure.
- Children & Extra Beds
Children aged 5 and above are welcome.
No extra beds or baby cots are available at this property unless agreed in advance.
- Pets
Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas (patio and terrace).
Smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited.
- Liability
Hannah House Marrakech is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Guests are advised to use available safekeeping facilities and take care of valuables.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay unless caused by negligence on our part.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Moroccan law.
Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
